Voltaire has been planning, developing and constructing distinctive projects in and around Austin, Texas since 2009. Our principal, Dean W. Blaine, has been involved in real estate, development and construction in Austin for more than 30 years. Concentrating on unique ventures, we have enabled ourselves to devote time and resources to the vision of our clients and architects.
Voltaire was an integral partner in the development of Escondido Golf and Lake club in Horseshoe Bay, Texas; one of the premier golf communities in the state. Most of the project’s standout structures were constructed by Voltaire during the development of the golf course. Many of our projects, including Escondido, were designed by renowned San Antonio architect, Michael G. Imber.
Voltaire has recently found a niche in constructing large scale, highly detailed, ranch and Hill Country projects. These projects require a specialized set of project managers and subcontractors, which we have retained to complete these complex projects on time and within budget. Voltaire’s depth of knowledge and experience has allowed our portfolio to expand well past the typical custom home.
